Modus Operandi

We interact with other appointed consultants and professionals at all levels but are primarily responsible for the conceptual planning, technical, operational, FF&E and OS&E aspects of a project. We may also have an important strategic role to play in planning and facilitating operational integration where other operating units are involved, such as a hotel, leisure facilities, frail-care, sub-acute & F & B facilities.

In addition to ongoing interaction with the Concept Architect, Interior Designer, Project Manager and other consultants, successful operational implementation  requires a close working relationship between our consulting team and the Spa/Wellness/Fitness Management team. This necessitates the timeous appointment of a Manager for the facility.
